What We Do
DS Consulting is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm established in 2009 by Mr.David Shulman.
The company specializes in delivering business consulting services to companies and organizations assisting them with business and economic analyses, establishing strategic plans and enhancing operational and I.T efficiency.
In our consulting activity we aim to achieve three strategic goals: to increase productivity, to enhance efficiency and to introduce innovation. We do so by focusing on three main areas: business-economics, operations and technology.
DS Consulting provides comprehensive solutions to companies that are at a turning point, looking to evaluate new business possibilities in new markets or to launch new products and/or services.
Who We Are
DS Consulting was founded in 2009 by Mr. David Shulman who is the company’s principal. Prior to DS Consulting, David served in several executive positions within the telecommunications, hi tech, professional services and business consulting sectors.
Within these positions, David served in several management and business development positions including public companies such as: Edusoft ( traded at Nasdaq at the time) managing the business development and sales in Africa and the Middle East and at Wizcom technologies (traded at the German stock exchange) where he directed all sales and marketing activities in Europe.
Following these positions Mr. Shulman was appointed as CEO of the Job-Tov group a company that specializes in providing professional services and large scale business process outsourcing projects. During his tenure David has managed to restructure the company, established a new business model and turn the company from a loss to profit.
Upon ending his position as CEO, David served as VP business development at GSE (Giza-Singer-Even) one of Israel’s largest economic and financial consulting firms. In his role, David was in charge of expanding the company’s activities versus Israel’s largest holding firms as well as introducing the company’s activities into new sectors such as the hi tech and advanced industry firms.
David received his BA and MA from the Tel-Aviv University and an MSc from the London School of Economics majoring in political economics
Who We Are
Ili Cohen is an experienced strategy consulting professional.
Ili brings a long track record of hands-on experience, from growth strategy planning, investment evaluation and strategy execution.
Ili works extensively with technology companies in strategic planning, as well as with various organizations, including Tel Aviv University’s Elite Sports Center, were he has provided extensive strategy, turn around consulting and new business development analysis.
Previously Ili served as Vice President of Strategy and business development for leading Israeli firms, Comverse Technology (NASDAQ: CMVT) and Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ: GILT).
Prior to that, Ili worked as a consultant in Israel (Shaldor) and in the US, advising a number of Israeli and global firms on corporate development and strategy, including Coca Cola Company and Monsanto in the US, as well as Pelephone Communications, Tower Semiconductor, Teva Pharmaceuticals and some of the leading firms in Israel.
Ili holds a B.A. in Management and in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, with Academic Distinction.
